This is not a traditional teaching job. You won't need to create lessons. Instead, your role is to supervise, support and guide students as they learn using our video-based lessons- and help them stay focused, motivated, and on track.
Current Opportunity: Online Learning Supervisors (Part-time/Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise student during scheduled online learning sessions;
Respond to student questions and provide real time support;
Encourage learner engagement and ensure they stay focused;
Grade assignments and provide brief, constructive feedbacks;
Report any issues or learning challenges to the Vantagepoint team.
Who We're Looking For:
Young qualified or experienced teachers (primary or secondary level);
Friendly, patient, and passionate about helping learners succeed;
Confident using Google Workspace tools (Google Classroom, Meet, Docs,Slides, etc);
Organized and attentive, with strong communication skills;
Able to work remotely with a strong Internet connection.
